The company’s assessment, performance validation and monitoring solutions certified with Authority to Operate for DISA networks.
CHICAGO, IL, November 4, 2013 - Liquidware Labs is pleased to announce that it’s Stratusphere FIT and Stratusphere UX solutions have been certified by the Authority to Operate (ATO) from a leading DoD Agency. The ATO demonstrates that Liquidware Labs’ Stratusphere line of products meet the DOD’s most stringent security requirements.
The Liquidware Labs solutions certified under this ATO include:
- Stratusphere™ FIT, the industry-leading VDI assessment solution used by professional services organizations worldwide. The solution independently defines and gathers key desktop metrics of physical desktops, creating a baseline of users, applications and resources in order to design and deliver virtual desktop infrastructures with a high degree of accuracy.
- Stratusphere™ UX, a unique desktop performance validation, monitoring and diagnostics software that independently defines and collects time-based application and user experience metrics related to consumption and constraints across the entire desktop infrastructure from endpoints, hosts, network and storage. Desktop administrators can pro-actively monitor physical and virtual desktops either by Active Directory username or application name, using drill-down data tables and interactive graphs called Inspectors. Dozens of predefined performance reports can be customized and automatically emailed to desktop support staff to ensure systems are meeting performance requirements and SLAs.
Both Stratusphere FIT and Stratusphere UX utilize unique, patented Connector ID (CID) Key technology that differentiates these solutions from all other desktop assessment, diagnostics and monitoring offerings. With the CID Key software embedded in a thin client, on a physical or virtual desktop, each network connection includes an invisible fingerprint that allows real-time user and machine activity tracking at a virtual or physical network switch.
The ATO validates the company’s commitment to delivering solutions that meet the high platform and security standards needed to support government-class, end-user computing environments.
“The DOD is held to the highest security standards to support high-bandwidth classified and non-classified traffic. Its agencies require pin-point measurement and accuracy in order to develop customized systems and devices to meet this high standard,” said Chris Akerberg, President and COO of Liquidware Labs. “Our Stratusphere solutions provide visibility into applications, end-point devices, networks and end-users’ behavior, which IT managers need to ensure that projects remain consistent with overall DOD mission and strategy. This Approval to Operate certification demonstrates our ability to measure up to one of the toughest standards for computing environments today.”
