PC support was taking up almost all the IT staff time at the University Center at Ponca City. The vast majority of the IT staff's time was spent on upgrades and maintenance of its workstations. Enterprise software required by each of its partners was supported as well as many rarely used applications and configurations to support a wide range of programs. UOPC created a standard desktop image that includes the basic applications that all students need, and leveraged FlexApp to instantly deliver the apps each individual student needed. This solution has saved UOPC IT staff as much as 20 hours per scheduled update or maintenance session and user experience has significantly improved.
